Disney Collection - 2018
This was a collection I designed Sophomore year of high school. It was inspired by mutiple Disney princesses.
Rapunzel Dress
Tiana Dress
My second design is based on Tiana from Princess and the Frog, because of her determination and power to work for her dreams. The dress is a knee-length cocktail dress that has two folds that overlap with green ombre. The waistband is light green and flows out with a water lily at the side. The top the dress is like a halter top with dark green covering the bust. I added a blue pearl necklace to represent the blue dress that she wears earlier in the movie.Cinderella Dress
My third design is a 1950s style dress based on Cinderella because of her elegance and grace. It has a knee-length dress that flows out from the blue waistband. The top is a halter top dress connected to the back with blue pearls. The very top is white to resemble the sleeves of the first dress Cinderella made to wear at the ball.
Ariel Dress
My fourth dress is a mermaid dressed based on Ariel from The Little Mermaid because of her youth and curiosity. The skirt of the dress has a beautiful swirl design on the side and kind-of hugs the legs and flares out at the bottom. The top is short sleeved the goes up to the neck with a hole in the middle. The torso of the dress is turquoise with pearls connecting to the middle of the dark turquoise waistband. The dress is turquoise of because Ariel is from the ocean.
